The day of Shrimp is a gastronomic event where art stands out from the local cuisine creating typical dishes with the famous shrimp of Sant Carles de la Rapita, product fused the Terra Alta’ wines, Cava Catalan, DO Montsià oils and the precious Delta rice.
We will find new dishes to prepare the prawns, sure we delight the palate with Mediterranean flavor. Prawns with rum, with cream, garlic and pepper with stocks etc …
Admission is free for everyone to taste the different flavors and textures of the shrimp, visitors can purchase tickets for the value of €5 each, and an exquisite dish of prawns over a drink.

Durring fifteen days, the restaurants offer varied menus with delicious flavors made with shrimp. The menus fee are at 38€ are carefully designed and crafted with the finest products of the sea and the Ebro.
